Right now, providing a toastId that already exist results in nothing. The old toast stays but the content does not adapt.

toast.info('lorem', { toastId: 'myid });
...
toast.info('ipsum', { toastId: 'myid });

In my opinion one would expect that the toast automatically takes the newest value, so 'ipsum'.

I suggest to either have update has default or to add a option updateIfExisting to change the behaviour of that
