React Testing Library Not Render the Toast Again After Render It Once in the Testing File

Hi, I am running into a strange issue where react-testing-library calls the toast function but on the 2nd unit test in my file it doesn't render the toast in screen. I am probably doing something wrong but I am not sure. I am running version 9.1.3. Here is a very simple test file I made to show what is happening:

 import { ToastContainer, toast } from 'react-toastify';
 
 export const ToastTest = ({ title }: { title: string }) => {
   toast(title, { containerId: 'test' })
   return <ToastContainer containerId={'test'} autoClose={false} testId="test-banner" />
 }

 import { ToastTest } from './toast-test'
 import { screen, renders, cleanup } from 'react-testing-library'
 
beforeEach(cleanup)

 describe('Toast test', () => {
   it('should render', async () => {
     render(<ToastTest title="hi" />)
 
     expect(await screen.findByText('hi')).toBeInTheDocument() // this passess
   })
   it('should render again', async () => {
     render(<ToastTest title="bye" />)
 
     expect(await screen.findByText('bye')).toBeInTheDocument() // this fails 
   })
 })
