Outdated README images

🐞 Problem
The images used in the main README file are outdated, particularly in the "Submit your changes for review" section.

🎯 Goal
Have a more updated design.

💡 Possible solutions
Replace old screenshots with new ones.

I think only 'Submit your changes for review' needs a change, the others are up to date.

Do this steps,

Step 1:- Fork & Clone the Repository.
Step 2:- Create a New Branch.
Step 3:- Capture Updated Screenshots of the "Submit your changes for review" section.
Step 4:- Replace Old Images in the repository and update links in README.md if needed.
Step 5:- Commit & Push Changes.
Step 6:- Create a Pull Request (PR) & Request Review.
Step 7:- Just merge it and you are done.
