Modelling HVAC square/round diffuser in FDS

Hello, wanted to ask on how i can model a square (4 way) diffuser or a round diffuser for an HVAC system usinG FDS? I understand if its only in 1 direction like the user guide mentioned in section 10.2.7. Thanks!

Split the vent into four vents and give each its own direction.
