Table AboveContentCollapsible button positions

When using AboveContentCollapsible filters on a table:

When opened the reset button appears under the mouse (having clicked the open button). If I wish to close it again I have to move the cursor down to the bottom to click the close filters button. I personally would prefer open and close to remain in the same position and Reset to be at the bottom, to make it more difficult to accidentally reset the filters form and at the same time easier to toggle the filters open and closed.
This is dangerous because I may just click again (thinking it will close) and that Resets all my filters instead of closing.

Is this by design?
