How to pull a pin high during deep sleep on ESP32-C6?

I'd like to pull GPIO15 high during deep sleep.

1. Is this possible? Or do only the "low-power pins" 0-7 support that? (Where could I look this up?)
2. If it's possible, how would I do it in code?

The hardware feature you may be looking for is "pin hold":

I don't think we have any software support for this currently, but you can set the relevant registers with some unsafe code via the PAC.

Is there any issue tracking the implementation of this feature I can subscribe to? I found this discussion looking for an equivalent to IDF's gpio_hold_en and gpio_deep_sleep_hold_en.

I also see that RtcPin has fn rtcio_pad_hold(&self, enable: bool) that sounds related but I'm not 100% sure what use case it covers and how to use it.
