Version 2.3.12: "Add Folder" button on Ignore tab of Paths window doesn't do anything.

Expected behavior: Window opens to select folder.
Actual behavior: Nothing happens.

This bug has been present since at least 2.3.11, and continues to be present in 2.3.12. The button works on all the other tabs in the Paths window, but when I try it on the Ignore tab, it won't work. I tried clicking it multiple times, but still no response.
