Elyra releases updates

Is the project getting any updates or a releases roadmap?
The current release 3.15.0 is from 2023.

There are two release candidates available for Elyra 4.0, use pip install --upgrade elyra --pre

I'm currently using the helm chart for my kubeflow notebooks, I'm not sure if this version is available since I checked the docker img and it's still on 3.15.0
