This can be resolved by adding the following toDbContext.OnModelCreating
typeMyContext(options)=inherit DbContext (options)override__.OnModelCreating mb =
mb.Entity<MyEntity>().Property(fun s -> s.OptionalProperty).HasConversion(OptionConverter<string>())|> ignore
Having to manually add it to for each optional property in an entire domain could be a long task
We need to find a way to automatically achieve this functionality

We should be able to provide a dbContextOptions.UseFSharp() extension method that extends the IValueConverterSelector service (or possibly uses dotnet/efcore#10784) to handle these...
Could it be that this feature broke recently? I'm currently trying to debug why the extension method does not catch Option types anymore. Filtering the entity properties always results in an empty collection. Inspecting the types shows me that EF already created properties with TempId suffixes. I tried to find some info on this behavior but I'm unfortunately lost. Do you have a pointer in the right direction for me?
