Idea for the Approach to Develop the Architecture and Component Requirements for the "Logging" Feature

• Creation of an initial high-level architecture for the "Logging" feature.
• Mapping of the component requirements contributed by BMW to the component building blocks of the high-level architecture.
• Mapping of the feature requirements to component requirements ("satisfies"). The following cases may occur. If a mapping is not possible, it falls into one of the following two cases:
  • The contribution contains more functionalities than required. => Expand functionality or include it in feature requirements.
  • The contribution is missing functionalities. => Adapt the architecture and derive component requirements.
• Mapping of the feature requirements to components of the feature architecture, if this is clearly possible.
