Is this expected?

Once again I realize that I don't understand the first thing about the interplay of p2-metadata-default and compare-version-with-baselines. One hand finds no changes and thus uses the baseline version and after that replacement (?) the other hand finds a difference?

Is this just a temporary hiccup?
