[BUG] - r2modman stuck on "Processing the mod list

Describe the bug
When I start r2modman, it gets stuck on the initial loading screen.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch r2modman

Expected behavior
r2modman starts

Additional context
I added Subnautica as a game to r2modman, accidentally clicked "make default" and accidentally clicked on, I think, Epic Games Launcher - which I do not have installed on my system.
Now I cannot even access r2modman settings to change the default game back to, for example, Valheim - r2modman is completely bricked and hardlocked.
