No Context Menu

I am following the example for setting up a ContextMenu but nothing shows up when I right-click on a .txt file. From what I can tell I did everything right and it says it registered, but nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem. It works in the "Test server" window through "Server manager", but does not appear at all in the real explorer.

So.. It works if the filetype filter is changed to [COMServerAssociation(AssociationType.AllFiles)]
