HttpClient Taking too long to timeout event set TimeSpan.

[RSReswin]

using var httpClient = new HttpClient();
httpClient.Timeout = TimeSpan.FromMilliseconds(50);
var reply = await httpClient.GetAsync($"{AppSettings.ApiSettings.ConnectionUrl}/health");

if i set FromMilliseconds < 100 the HttpClient is timeout instantly, if i set FromMilliseconds > 100 the httpClient taking to timeout arround 1:45Min, if i use FromSeconds(1) that also taking 1:45min to timeout.

i trying httpClient, SocketsHttpHandler, CancellationTokenSource everying have same issue even Ping() class timeout also same issue.
