RCS1036 is obsolete, nevertheless it's still throwing info in the editor by default. That's confusing for new users. Should we give more priority to the supported analyzer RCS0063 and make that a default?

Hi,

I agree that it's ideal for the new users but the main reason for RCS1036 be enabled is to not introduce breaking change. Eventually, RCS1036 will be disabled by default at some moment.
