Issue/PR stats images in README do not update

Hard refresh of the repo homepage shows this:

But clicking through on the issuestats images shows fresher info:

@latkin i repro, you too? maybe is easier to remove the badge? or close this bug

Yes I still repro. Of course, it makes it look like we have really fast turnaround :)

If hstove/issue_stats#20 is tracking the root cause, let's see if that is going to be fixed. If that is moving forward then we will benefit from the fix. If there is nothing happening there then we should just remove the badges. Thanks for pinging them, I will do the same.
