Description

A pop-up message keeps appearing repeatedly, causing irritation and disrupting my work.
The message appears frequently and interrupts my workflow. It is persistent and does not seem to go away, even after closing it multiple times. A persistent pop-up appears when attempting to install .NET SDK 9.0.300 on Windows.

You have a program that's running on your computer that's generating this message. It's not related to Microsoft or this documentation. According to the link you used to get to this page, it indicates that OSProfileCollector.exe is the program trying to run on your computer.

Doing a quick search for that program, I found this:

So you'll need to work with Dell and that program to figure out why it's happening.
