Currently the Travis build has the following functionality when a tag is created (for a release):

Generate, commit and push CHANGELOG.md
Create GitHub release with relavent CHANGELOG release description
Add scdf-templates.zip as a release asset
mvn deploy to Bintray
Build and push the reference documentation
Build and push Docker image
Set version to next development version
