Deprecated init parameteres when using Rapier via CDN

I am using Rapier in a three.js app and it is working well except I can't get rid of the console warning message:

using deprecated parameters for the initialization function; pass a single object instead

I noticed that the official CodePen example (which doesn't appear to be working for me) shows the same warning in the console too. Any suggestions for getting rid of this warning.
