Actually this could maybe be in the docs repo and it should be a general title like “declined features”

I feel like we should revisit this topic. I'd be in favour of having something like that in Deno and we might need to add it either way with node supporting this https://nodejs.org/api/module.html#modulestriptypescripttypescode-options .
