Scroll bars visible in left hand nav

Hello!

What happened (or feature request):

With the latest DDEV UI Version 0.6.0 (0.6.0.531), I noticed that the scroll bars are still visible on the left hand nav, though no scrolling needs to occur. This is also a blocker for windows/linux support!

What you expected to happen:

As a user, if I open up the application I should not see white bars where scrollbars should be.
