Diversity as a function of organization

Suggested by Stephen:

Different companies may have different hiring practices.
So diversity (gender, location) may by a function of organizational participation.

If a company's hiring practices are consistent, and companies vary by participation in Working Groups, that could account for a lot of the variation of diversity in working groups.

This can be quantitatively measured.
