Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently when an issue is opened by an external-to-Cyberark user, assumption is that someone will answer it at some point but because nobody is specifically tasked with answering, the issue may be ignored and/or may disproportionally affect available time of our maintainers. Having a bot that auto-assigns an issue to a specific maintainer would reduce the change of ignored issues and distribute the workload better arcoss the team.

Describe the solution you'd like

AC:

  • When a new issue arrives from an external contributor, a single maintainer from @cyberark/community-and-integrations-team is assigned in a round-robin pattern.

Describe alternatives you've considered

A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context

There may be edge cases with PTO and vacations but it would still be an improvement over the current system
