As a Board ED, I can edit my own permissions when reviewing users. This creates the odd scenario where I can remove compact-level admin privileges on my own account, which suddenly prevents me from editing my own (or other user) permissions on specific jurisdictions. Ideas include-

  • Update API to limit scope of permission changes a user can make on themself
  • Do not update API, but create frontend flow that communicates the implications of a self-permission change to the user
  • Regardless, it may be helpful to visually highlight the current user in the users table (see screenshot).

  • preferred solution is that admins cannot remove their own admin privilege. This could be implemented on frontend only
