Promoting plugins that follows Craft design guidelines in incoming Store

It would be great to promote plugins that follow Craft design guidelines, using existing GUI elements, etc. Some plugins now, look completely non-crafty, or they create own elements although they could use existing ones. It's also less confusing for a client to have everything in the same design and easier to manipulate it with own .css.
