What happened?

Description

Chips and cards in Entries fields do not consistently show the "Edited" badge for selected entries with unsaved changes.

https://share.cleanshot.com/FhMSMp0N

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add an entry to an entries field
  2. Double-click the chip or card to open the entry in a slideout
  3. Make some changes to the entry, wait for the auto-save and close the slideout without saving
  4. Notice that the chip or card in the Entries field has been updated with the blue "Edited" badge
  5. Reload the browser; notice that the "Edited" badge in the chip or card is now gone.

Expected behavior

Chips and cards for entries with unsaved changes should always display the blue "Edited" badge.

Actual behavior

Chips and cards in Entries fields only shows the "Edited" badge after editing the entry in a slideout; the badge disappears when the page is reloaded.
