[5.x]: Ckeditor toolbar over the side menu

What happened?

Description

On a small screen, if you open a matrix entry with a ckeditor field in the side panel and you open the side column with the status/slug, the toolbar of the ckeditor goes over the side column

Steps to reproduce

1. open a matrix block with a ckeditor field
2. open the side column to see the slug
3. resize your screen and check the toolbar position

Expected behavior

Actual behavior

The toolbar should be under the side column
