[5.x] Bump symfony/yamlto ^6.4

Hi,

We are in the midst of a Craft 4 to 5 upgrade for a project. This project has some other packages that are facing Composer conflicts, the solution to which is having symfony/yaml:^6.4.

Currently Craft 5 is pinned to ^5.2.3.

Looking at the symfony/yaml changelog I can't see any breaking changes, and I notice on the Symfony site they show that v5.4 is receiving security fixes whereas v6.4 has entered maintenance phase (graph copied below):

Would a bump to symfony/yaml:^6.4 be possible?

Sure, just added ^6.0 for the next release (4672162).

Craft 5.7.6 is out with that change.
