We were tracking this LF.7.2.1 branch with samples from three different Central American Countries and a good spread in US
It has a mutation at N:R204 but differently from XEC it has mutated it to Q
+1 GBW from El Salvador in the Orf1a:Q1593L (= PLPRO_Q30L) branch, but it is not caught by the query
