@corneliusroemer Another one I'm sorry I didn't catch at designation time: MZ.2 in the UShER tree is JN.1.67.1 > G1126A > T177C -- but due to pangolin's UTR-masking including position 177, to pangolin MZ.2 is just JN.1.67.1 > G1126A -- which is the parent branch of MZ.1 and MZ.3-5. So MZ.2 is looking like the parent of its siblings (and half of JN.1.67.1) in terms of what pangolin can assign to sequences after masking.
