Can you provide instructions to run the model, the trained model and dataset ?

The model is Tensornet, and the dataset is mdCATH. The hyperparameters for training the model with TMDNET are provided in the paper.

For the "noh" version of the dataset, you need to process the original mdCATH as described in the methods section. To explore the mdCATH dataset further, check the tutorials here. Additionally, a custom version of the mdCATH data loader is available here.
