Proposal summary

With large amounts of datasets it would be nice to have the functionality to group or tag datasets for easier filtering

Motivation

What problem are you trying to solve?: Navigating large amounts of datasets
How are you currently solving this problem?: Scrolling like a maniac or using prefix'es
What are the benefits of this feature?: Time saved
