PKMDS does support changing the trainer name and gender. I'm not sure what issue you're having. Which game are you trying to edit the save for? Please note that we do not support ROM hacks.

Change the language for what? The save file itself? As far as I know that's not possible. You can currently change the language for Pokémon (in supported games).

Unless you mean localize the app, which is a big project I intend to take on at some point (at least starting with the stuff that's already localized within PKHeX.Core).
