Shop managers should see cache management in admin top bar

• I have replicated my issue using the latest version of the plugin and it is still present.

Expected result

Hi there,
We have some shop managers to run our shop.
They are not admin so we don't let them enter critical settings.
We use user role manager plugin and remove some settings from their accounts.

Thus,
Cloudflare plugin should allow Shop Managers to flush cache on the top admin bar.
So they can flush cache without being admin.

Here are 2 plugins, which already solved this issue.

So it is already supported by wordpress

Actual result

No clear cache button on top admin bar.
