Order of headings and list is incorrect

One "funny" thing, the document has some uppercased headings

when pasted to Chrome or Firefox getData() returns a content with only first letter uppercased resulting in

while in Safari the original size is perserved

still as the data is already malformed when we get it in a first place it cannot be detected in any way.

The "on copy" transformations have been discussed on the last W3C TPAC. Right now the conclusion is that it should not be applied (to the text node values) and we should get the original data. But no one knows when this will be unified across the browsers.
