Trying to build Chimara on OSX firstly doesn't find gstreamer1.0 plugins, causing configure to fail. Secondly, configuring without sounds works, but the build complains about a missing Chimara-1.0.gir file.

Started a tentative guide to solve these issues in the Wiki. There should be a cleaner way to do this though.
