pass in json or yaml (structured input) and filter

Is there a way to pass in json, provide a display value, and then filter the json to the selected results on the output?

I'm assuming not, but making sure since I dug through issues/discussion and didn't find anything relevant.

For now I'm assuming if I'm using gum tools, I'd have to pass in a display name, filter, select matching with jq, then output that as different steps.

@caarlos0 bump in case you have any input. Came back around to this today and maybe you have some trick on structured input?
I use pwsh/powershell and can send the $object | Out-ConsoleGridView and get an interactive TUI to select. I'd like to have a name displayed for filtering while then choosing another value and wondering if any creative way to do this I'm missing with gum (that doesn't involve multiple steps of arrays/lookup)
