Add a skecth mode

This is pretty much a follow-up of this issue typst/typst#1425.

But I thought that CeTz may be a better place to ask.

So, do you think it would be possible to add a sketch mode to the package?

In the same way as d2 or mermaid

The previous author also mentionned rought

This should be done via SVG-Filters in Typst and not on the cetz side. I don't know how this works for PDF.
