Using:

##BeagleBone Black: HDMI (Audio/Video)/eMMC disabled:
dtb=am335x-boneblack-overlay.dtb

Results in:

root@arm:~# cat /sys/devices/platform/bone_capemgr/slots
 0: PF----  -1 
 1: PF----  -1 
 2: PF----  -1 
 3: PF----  -1 
 4: P-O-L-   0 Override Board Name,00A0,Override Manuf,univ-all
root@arm:~# config-pin -q P8.18
Cannot read pinmux file: /sys/devices/platform/ocp/ocp*P8_18_pinmux/state
