Strengthen contribution and community

Recommendation
Strengthen community engagement for contribution(i.e., Guilds). Build strong relationships with key design and developer leads, encourage their active participation in Carbon development through forums, regular meetups to share their experiences. This approach strengthen the community and ensure the platform consistency.

Action items

• Inventory checking on different forums.
• New comers are not aware that they can contribute to Carbon. Update onboarding doc by adding Contribution section, what it is and how they can contribute.
• Use some time slot during the office hour and DSAG meeting to promote contribution
