Goals

• Establish a baseline and track progress over time: Measure system usability score over time to establish a baseline and track progress towards improving usability and learnability of the Carbon Design System. This will help to:

  • Demonstrate the effectiveness of usability improvements
  • Identify areas that require further attention
  • Inform future design and development decisions
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement

• Evaluate how effectively, efficiently, and satisfactorily users can interact with the Carbon sites. This will help identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
