[cds-side-nav-link not highlighting]

Description

When using the cds-side-nav-link withing a side navigation menu the cursor changes as expected but the background doesn't change on hover.

I've taken a screenshot of the current storybook:

The menu items correctly change the background on hover but the links don't.
I checked with the React implementation of Carbon and it looks like this component should have a different background on hover.
