it is clean docker autoconf install with one service enabled, all default settings.
Modifying country blacklist globally does not affect my service. Only modifying country blacklist at service itself working.
I think what you've experienced is that you've configured a specific country setting on your service and then updated the global config, know that if the service already overrides the setting the global config won't change it's value.
Hi. the service config was empty and I don't wanted to use service, configured only global first, that saw that it was not applied, then tried service config and it worked
