[BUG] Global config not applied. Banned countries works only per service, not globally #2247

What happened?

Hi. Enabled banned countries globally. Not working. Only per service.
Version 1.6.1 docker

How to reproduce?

enable global config banned countries

Configuration file(s) (yaml or .env)

Relevant log output

BunkerWeb version

1.6.1

What integration are you using?

Docker

Linux distribution (if applicable)

No response

Removed private data

  • I have removed all private data from the configuration file and the logs

it is clean docker autoconf install with one service enabled, all default settings.
Modifying country blacklist globally does not affect my service. Only modifying country blacklist at service itself working.

I think what you've experienced is that you've configured a specific country setting on your service and then updated the global config, know that if the service already overrides the setting the global config won't change it's value.

Hi. the service config was empty and I don't wanted to use service, configured only global first, that saw that it was not applied, then tried service config and it worked

Can you give us a detail step by step guide on how to reproduce the bug please ?
