Need to update https://github.com/brave/qa-resources/blob/8fb83f6f45b0972952e958e8cacfef6b4cdbee13/wikitemplate-IPFS.md#sharing-a-local-file-using-ipfs-without-ipns-keys and elsewhere for the UI changes to the hamburger menu's flyouts for IPFS, from brave/brave-browser#16998.

I'm not planning on addressing this, but @srirambv or others can, and I'll still happily review, in a new issue/PR.
