Brave Beta freezes when the DevTools are opened

Description

When I open the DevTools, my browser simply freezes and needs to be force-closed. My DevTools opens by default on the Networking tab.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the DevTools
2. (Possibly) Switch to the Networking tab.

Actual result:

Browser freezes.

Expected result:

Should function without freezing.

Reproduces how often:

Occurs systematically.

Brave version (brave://version info)

Brave	0.70.97 Chromium: 77.0.3865.65 (Build officiel) beta (64 bits)

I had a similar freeze when I opened a tweet on the Twitter web client.

Can you try again, couldn't reproduce on 70.106 in Beta channel?

It's fixed now, I don't have this issue anymore.
