On the Tablet Download page moved from Address bar to Hamburger menu and has an incorrect thumbnail.

NOTE: This issue is not reproducible on the Phone in Brave Cr136/Cr137 or on the Tablet in Brave Cr136.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Brave with Cr136 on tablet
2. Go to any website, for example, www.wikipedia.org
3. Confirm that the Download page button is located inside the Address bar
4. Upgrade Brave to 1.80.62 with Cr137
5. Launch Brave > Go to www.wikipedia.org again
6. Observe that the Download page button is not in the Address bar anymore
7. Tap the Hamburger menu
8. Observe that Download page is located under the Share and has incorrect thumbnail

Actual result

On the Tablet Download page moved from Address bar to Hamburger menu and has an incorrect thumbnail.
