Description
Download the latest l10n from Crowdin.

Test plan:

@brave/legacy_qa should run through a few locals just to make sure that nothing obvious has regressed. Shouldn't spend too much time on this though.

Verified on Samsung Galaxy S21 running Android 14 using version 1.78.93

  • ensured the following new strings mentioned in Update l10n for 1.78.x (Chromium 136). #45729 (comment) are localized for Spanish, Russian and German
    • Allow screenshots in private tabs
    • Show top suggestions
    • Web Discovery Project
    • Inactive tab setting
    • Inactive tab details
    • Clear all blocked elements
    • About in hamburger menu
  • also ensured existing strings have not regressed for the same locals mentioned above.
