What steps will reproduce this crash? (If it's not reproducible, what were you doing just before the crash?)

1. Ensure these two are enabled in brave://flags (#auto-picture-in-picture-for-video-playback and
   #video-picture-in-picture-controls-update-2024)

2. Go to the link and click on any video

3. Let the video start.

4. Click on "Picture in Picture" mode (extension/feature).
   Brave will crash

5. Or do step 1 and 2. Navigate to other tab.

After playing around the flags, these are the ones that's causing the crash:
