Description

Found while testing #45132
Ads settings -> ads per hour textbox alignment issue in BR panel in various locales like France, Germany and Kannada

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set OS locale to Germany/France/Kannada
  2. Download and install Brave
  3. Enable rewards
  4. Open Ads settings via BR panel

Actual result

Ads settings -> ads per hour textbox alignment issue in BR panel in various locales like France, Germany and Kannada

ads per hour textbox should be alignment inside the grid
