Learn more on Solana sign transaction doesn't load the support document

Steps to reproduce

  1. Initiate Solana Sign Transactions on https://pwgoom.csb.app
  2. Click on Learn more button on the Sing confirmation message
  3. Doesn't load the support page

We will still need to fix the frontend not opening a tab and point it to the new URL
